Data collected by Mikrodev products via serial communication or TCP/IP over the MODBUS protocol can be transmitted to remote systems using IEC 60870 and DNP3 protocols with time tagging. Energy data from energy analyzers and power protection relays in renewable energy plants are collected through Mikrodev RTU and DCS products using MODBUS and IEC 61850 communication protocols. With the IEC 60870-5-104 communication protocol, data is securely transmitted to energy distribution centers without data loss. Percentage- or level-based data defined during communication interruptions is stored in the memory of Mikrodev DCS products. Once communication is restored, all stored data is transmitted to the remote system with time stamps.
